When you send a booking request: your first and last name, your email, your phone number if you give it, the number of guests, your expected arrival time, your dates and your message. When you write to us from the Contact page: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it and your message.

Why

To reply to you, confirm your stay and send you useful information before you arrive. Nothing else: your details are never sold, lent or used for advertising.

How long

Booking requests are kept for 3 years after the end of the stay, then deleted automatically. Messages sent from the Contact page are not stored on the website: they reach us by email.

Who has access

Only us. Emails are sent by a sending service based in the European Union. The website is hosted in France.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Fonts are hosted on our own website: no information is sent to Google when you visit.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, by writing to us from the Contact page or by post: Gîte de la Bourgeat, 150 chemin de la Bourgeat, 38470 Chantesse, France. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
